Outlook 2003 Setup Information
Start Outlook 2003, click Tools then click E-mail Accounts.

Step 2. Click Add a new email account. At the next screen choose POP3.

Step 3. Select POP3 as your server type and click next.

Step 4. On this screen enter your name, your email address, and be sure to set your incoming and outgoing mail server to securemail.netsville.com. Also enter your username and password. Your username will be the your email address. Click More settings.

Step 5. Click on the outgoing server tab. Check my outgoing server requires authentication. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

Step 6. Click the advanced tab. Enable SSL connections for incoming and outgoing servers. Click OK to finish.

Note: Outgoing mail server settings may depend on your internet service provider. If you can receive email but not send with these settings please call your ISP and ask them what your outgoing mail server (aka: SMTP) should be set to.
