Macmail Setup Information
Step 1. Open your macmail and at the top of the screen choose mail > preferences. When the general window opens select accounts and click on the plus sign. Select POP as the account type and under account description enter a unique name for this mailbox. Be sure to also put in your full name and your email address.

Step 2. Enter securemail.netsville.com as your incoming mail server. Also enter your username, which is your email address. By default macmail will put the user portion of This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it into the text box, but you will need to use your complete email address. Also enter your password.

Step 3. Under incoming mail security be sure to check Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and set the authentication type to Password. Click next.

Step 4. Enter securemail.netsville.com as your outgoing mail server. Also check Use Authentication and enter your username, this time as This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , and your password.

Step 5. Under outgoing mail security be sure to check Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and set authentication type to Password. Click next and you're done.

You will see a summary of your settings.

Note: Outgoing mail server settings may depend on your internet service provider. If you can receive email but not send with these settings please call your ISP and ask them what your outgoing mail server (aka: SMTP) should be set to.
