The Zone Index allows low-level control over the zone file that controls the domain itself. The Zone Index is only available for certain clients, as it is a powerful utility and can corrupt your zone file if improperly managed.
If you are not eligible for access to Zone Index and you need a specific record changed, contact us.
Note: Although we make changes right away, it will take 24 to 48 hours for changes to take place globally.
