HYD Lost Password

In order to retrieve your password, you should have valid information entered for your administrative domain contact.

1. Go to https://www.haveyourdomain.com/
2. In the right sidebar click the link under "Management" marked "Lost Password?"
3. Enter your domain name in the box
4. Click the "Submit" button

Whomever you have listed as the Administrative Contact will receive an email with the login credentials. The email looks like this:

Subject: Login Information for domain.com
Date: Thu, 20 Oct 2011 14:33:09 -0400 (EDT)
From: <hostmaster@netsville.com>
To: <you@domain.com>

This note contains the login information necessary to manage your domain.

NOTE: Please keep this information strictly secret. Anyone with access to the login/password
can change all information regarding this domain, including ownership.

The username and password combination for domain.com is:
     Username: <your username>
     Password: <your password>
